Clause 1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "gy777" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at gy777.games, including all games, services, promotional offers, and the gy777 PKR Cashier.
• "Player", "You", or "Account Holder" refers to any individual who has registered a verified gy777 account and is accessing the platform's real-money features.
• "Account" means the individual registered gy777 player account associated with a verified Pakistan mobile number and CNIC identity.
• "PKR Balance" means the Pakistani Rupee balance held in a player's gy777 account, including deposits, bonus credits (where applicable), and retained winnings.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the mandatory identity verification process requiring CNIC submission and age confirmation conducted on all gy777 Pakistan accounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or reward credited to a player's account under a specific gy777 promotion, subject to individual bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total PKR amount that Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal from the gy777 Cashier.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any behaviour defined in Clause 8 of these Terms & Conditions as grounds for account suspension or termination.

Clause 2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gy777, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the gy777 platform and close your account by contacting gy777 support. Continued use of gy777 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

Clause 3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active gy777 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account. gy777 enforces a strict 18+ policy and conducts CNIC-based age verification on all Pakistan accounts. 18+
2. You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable law at the time of play.
3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid Pakistan mobile number and your genuine CNIC details.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of gy777 or any of its affiliated game providers.
5. You must not have previously had a gy777 account closed for Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the law of Pakistan.

gy777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending verification. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any PKR balance held.

Clause 4 Account Management

Each player may hold only one active gy777 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your gy777 account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other individual to access your account.

gy777 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any PKR balance within it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered contact details, including your Pakistan mobile number and email address. gy777 communications sent to your registered contact details are deemed received by you regardless of whether you actually receive or read them.

To update your registered mobile number or email address, you must contact gy777 support and complete additional identity verification. gy777 reserves the right to require re-completion of KYC verification following any change to registered account details.

Clause 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on gy777 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). gy777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistan payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Bank QR Transfer.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the player's own verified name. gy777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts bearing a different name than the verified gy777 account holder will be returned and the account flagged for review.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability and the player's KYC status. gy777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. Current limits are displayed in the gy777 Cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by gy777 without prior notice, subject to the amendment provisions in Clause 13.

gy777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of fraud checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected Prohibited Conduct. Players subject to such a hold will be notified via their registered contact details.

Clause 6 Bonuses & Promotions

gy777 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, Tournament prizes, and Jackpot Slot-related incentives to Pakistan players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is active, in addition to the general provisions in this clause.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all gy777 promotional offers:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real PKR.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each individual promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period without compensation.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on the specific games or game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using Bonus Funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• gy777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim any Bonus Funds — including winnings derived from them — that were claimed in error or obtained through suspected abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit multiple concurrent bonuses.
• Players who have opted out of promotional communications or who are subject to responsible gaming deposit limits may be ineligible for certain bonus offers.

Systematic exploitation of bonus structures, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using third-party software to advantage wagering, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotion terms, constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 8 and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Clause 7 Gameplay & Fair Use

gy777 sources all games from providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently certified. Game outcomes are determined exclusively by certified RNG processes and are not influenced by gy777 or any third party after a game round has commenced.

In the event of a technical fault, server interruption, or network failure during a game round, gy777 will apply the following resolution policy:

• Where a game round can be definitively completed using server-side game state data, the round result stands and is applied to the player's PKR balance accordingly.
• Where a game round cannot be definitively resolved due to the technical fault, the wager amount for that round will be returned to the player's PKR balance as a void bet.
• gy777's resolution of technical fault disputes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Clause 14.

Players are expected to use the gy777 platform as intended — for personal entertainment. Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human interface to interact with gy777 games is strictly prohibited. gy777 employs automated detection systems to identify non-human gameplay patterns and will suspend accounts where such activity is detected.

Jackpot Slots on gy777 display indicative jackpot values in PKR based on current network pool data. These values are indicative and may change between display and the moment a qualifying spin is resolved. The actual jackpot amount paid is the confirmed pool value at the moment the jackpot is won, as determined by the game provider's server.

Clause 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct under these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of PKR balances, and reporting to relevant Pakistani authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one gy777 account, whether using the same or different personal identifiers.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during account operation.
• Using another individual's identity, payment account, or personal details to register or fund a gy777 account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human mechanism to interact with gy777 games or the platform interface.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to unfairly advantage one or more players in any game or Tournament on gy777.
• Systematically exploiting errors, technical faults, or exploits in games or the platform to generate unintended PKR gains.
• Attempting to launder funds through the gy777 platform or using the gy777 Cashier to process transactions unconnected to genuine gaming activity.
• Making chargebacks on deposits or reversing payment instructions after the deposited funds have been wagered or withdrawn.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gy777 support staff or other platform users.
• Accessing gy777 from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

Clause 9 Account Suspension & Closure

gy777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested by gy777.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to the dormancy policy communicated to the player before any balance adjustment is made.
• Player request for self-exclusion under gy777's Responsible Gaming programme.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Clause 3.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, any verified real-money PKR balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recent verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their gy777 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any PKR balance held at the time of voluntary closure will be subject to the same withdrawal verification process as standard withdrawal requests.

Clause 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, gy777's total liability to any player arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total PKR deposited by that player into their gy777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gy777 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or PKR balance resulting from a player's own negligence, including failure to safeguard account credentials.
• Service interruptions, including but not limited to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or disruptions caused by Pakistan's telecommunications infrastructure or third-party payment providers.
• Actions taken by third-party game providers affecting game availability or outcomes, provided gy777 takes reasonable steps to resolve such issues promptly.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from platform use, even where gy777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Tax liabilities incurred by players on gaming winnings under Pakistani tax law. Players are solely responsible for their own tax compliance obligations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes gy777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

Clause 11 Responsible Gaming

gy777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistan players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every gy777 account's settings at any time:

• PKR Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which the platform will display a session time alert and offer to log out.
• Loss Limits: Set a PKR amount beyond which gy777 will restrict further play within a defined time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing gy777. Self-exclusion periods may not be reversed during the active exclusion window — this is by design to protect players in difficulty.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic pop-up notifications displaying your current session duration and PKR won/lost during the session.

Clause 12 Privacy & Data

gy777 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during registration and KYC verification — including Pakistan mobile numbers, CNIC details, and transaction records — in accordance with the gy777 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at gy777.games/privacy-policy.

By registering a gy777 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing necessary for KYC verification, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

gy777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulated third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where legally required.

Clause 13 Amendments to These Terms

gy777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations, gy777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via their registered email address before the amended terms take effect.

Non-material amendments — including clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, and updates to reflect changes in gy777's product range — may take effect without advance notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this page is updated each time the Terms & Conditions are revised.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you may close your gy777 account within the notice period and withdraw any verified PKR balance in accordance with Clause 9. Continued use of gy777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Clause 14 Contact & Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact gy777 support with a clear description of the dispute, the relevant game round or transaction reference, and the outcome you believe should apply. gy777 aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with gy777's initial resolution, you may escalate the dispute in writing to the gy777 complaints team at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". Formal disputes are reviewed within 14 business days.
3. Final Resolution: gy777's decision following the formal complaints process is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable Pakistani law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute that proceeds to legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
